Our 11 Step Cleaning Process
1. Pre-Inspection
We will walk through your home with you and inspect all the areas that need cleaning. This review should reveal all the stains that need attention and we will discuss with you the results you can expect to see.
2. Commercial Pre-vacuum
We will use our commercial style vacuum to remove the loose dirt. This is a crucial component of the process.
3. Furniture Moving
The moving of your furniture such as sofas, tables and chairs is included in our normal pricing.
4. Pre-Spray Carpeting
We will pre-treat your carpets with a specially formulated detergent to break down soil and spots.
5. Pre-Treat Spots
After pre-spraying, we will also use our spot cleaning solution to assist with spot removal.
6. Pre-grooming/Agitation
We will perform an additional pretreatment with a carpet rake or brush to loosen up more of the soil and dirt.
7. Soil Extraction and Rinse
We will rinse your carpet with a powerful extraction cleaning system, being careful not to over wet the carpet or leaving a sticky residue behind.
8. Neutralizer
When your carpet is clean, we will use a pH balancer afterwards to avoid leaving a sticky residue behind.
9. Post Spot Removal
When done cleaning your floors we will look for any remaining spots and do an additional treatment with our special post spotting solutions. We also recommend that you have us apply our professional carpet protector to all your cleaned carpets to protect your investment.
10. Grooming
We will go over your carpet with a professional carpet grooming tool to help the pile stand up and dry faster.
11. Post Cleaning Inspection
Our technician will walk through your home with you to review the cleaning that was done and make sure you approve of the job.
