Thank you for reviving our 17 year old marble floor!

For many years you have done an excellent job cleaning our carpets, so when you suggested that we try to restore the marble floor in my foyer I thought you were the person for the job. Frankly, I was skeptical because the marble floor was very dull and beat up from constant traffic.

When you left my home yesterday the floor looked brand new again. The marble is shiny and spotless-really beautiful. I was considering replacing this floor, but now I will be able to enjoy it for many more years, thanks to you.

Our carpets looks great! If I could attach a picture, I would! One of our carpets was so filthy we didn't even know how dirty it really was....They said to take a picture to show the difference between the two sides of the room- it was a miracle! The carpet was totally a different color! The whole house was done- it was perfect! He got out all the spots that were tough and was so pleasant to work with. He also came back and cleaned the grout on our white kitchen floor- I never knew it was once that color! Thank you A Cleaner Carpet Cleaner- you made our house feel like new! A Cleaner Carpet Cleaner deserves this 5-Star review because the carpets come out looking great, they're punctual, they're thorough, they're professional to deal with and they're reasonable. In the past I've used the 'discount' cleaners and I've rented the machine and done the work myself, however, our white carpeting never never looks as good as when A Cleaner Carpet Cleaner cleans them. I've been using them for years and I'm not even tempted to use anyone else.

MayC., our one and a half year old wonderful and beautiful black lab dog supports our testimony to the excellence of your "A Cleaner Carpet Cleaner" service. MayC. got "sick" ON, spilled coffee ON, and tipped over a cola can ON our cream colored carpet which you had cleaned and miraculously removed all old stains and spots and then teflon protected the week prior. In this era of shoddy customer service where customer needs are not often paramount, dealing with your carpet cleaning service was a pleasant change. My oriental carpets were actually ready when you said they would be ready, for the original price that you quoted me and were truly clean (no way to had that with a white carpet!). We had our carpets done a couple weeks ago and were very pleased with both the service and the results. I think the guy’s name was Rashad, he was punctual, very courteous, efficient and skillful. We had numerous tough spots in the family room carpet and he was able to get them all out. We also have a king size bed in the master bedroom which he put back into place without question. PS. 4 days after the wonderful cleaning my 4 year old spilled purple nail polish on the hallway carpet. I have tried to get it out with nail polish remover but to no avail. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
